I: Summary

CNC vertical honing machine model 2MK2240X100 and 2MK2250X150 are used for large cylinder body, cylinder sleeve, motorcycle cylinder, connecting rod, hydraulic cylinder and brake disc etc. which are through or blind hole. It is designed by module design and the honing head feeding is double feeding. It has two type of honing head expanding for order. One is CNC control and the other is pressure fixed according order. The table is CNC control cross movement. The auto-loading and unloading system also can be supply according order.

2.Spindle reciprocation, spindle rotary, table rotary or movement, pressure of honing stone expanding can be controlled by number control  and to get any angle cross hatch

4.The feeding system of machine is selected electro proportional control with small feeding force to control, to improve the dynamic response and control range of feeding control
